What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. If you aren’t happy, please return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund. We’d like you to send back half or more of the order’s contents simply so that we can prevent fraud. Thank you for understanding and supporting.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sometimes subscription products pile up. Feel free to cancel at any time with no charge. Log in to your account and there will be an option to cancel under subscription settings. If you would prefer not to mess with that (we understand!) simply send an email to with your name, subscription details, and we will handle it for you.


What if I received the wrong product or my order is incomplete?

Uh oh. Our fault. If you received the wrong product or something is missing, please contact us at immediately and we’ll correct the error at our expense. Sorry!

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! You may have to cancel the existing order and create a new one, but it might be best to contact to make sure. This way we can catch it en route and help cancel, refund, or change the order that you made.
